When you register to receive our newsletter, make a wish list, go all or part-way through the process of placing an order, or request information, we ask you to provide certain information, such as your name, age, gender, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address and telephone number.  If you are placing an order and are making a payment we will also require payment information, which will be processed by our payment processing merchant. TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THIRD COUNTRIES

Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. PT Data Protection Legislation applies and the transfer is to a country that has been assessed by the PT Government as ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data; or EU Data Protection Legislation (including the EU GDPR) applies and the transfer is to a country which has been assessed by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data; or a written agreement has been entered into between the relevant parties which incorporates the "model clauses" as approved by the European Commission (or some other form of data transfer mechanism approved by the PT Government) to protect your personal data as required by Data Protection Legislation.
